Battle Creek came highly recommended by one of my neighbors who used this firm to redo the roof on a pavilion belonging to my HOA -- he further stated that several roofs in the neighborhood had been redone by Battle Creek and those private owners were very satisfied. Ron and Jenna were most helpful, professional and knowledgeable in working with me to write up an accurate and detailed estimate -- I found the costs to be very reasonable for the high quality materials to be used. Ron was able to start my project within two weeks of signing the estimate -- the materials arrived and were positioned on a Monday, the new roof was done on Tuesday and siding repairs/new fascia were done on Wednesday -- all done in a timely manner with exceptional quality -- the installers were highly skilled, efficient and hard working. I have great respect for Ron, Jenna and the rest of the Battle Creek team based on my experience -- I am now among those that highly recommend this firm.

I'm glad that I chose in Battle Creek for the work I have done. Not only were they local, but a family owned/operated company I'd gotten quotes from five different companies. Battle Creek was not the cheapest, however are much more detail oriented. As a contractor myself I can tell him that he knew what he was doing and actually cared about the quality of work that was being provided opposed to other companies that just wanted to get the job done as quick as possible sacrificing quality, using cheap materials and reusing old material. It was obvious that Ron was a true professional as he had discussed things that the other contractors did not even mention, such as light blocks for the siding, what type of soffit vents, what kind of ridge vents. All of the other quotes that I had received did not mention these. Come to find out they intend on using the cheapest ones possible. Also, other quotes I’d received we're going to reuse my house wrap. Upon inspection, Ron had found there wasn't any house wrap on my home. I'm glad this was brought up as to eliminate additional charges, as I had a budget. Ron was able to get all of this addressed and went over all of the details in order to quote the job properly and ensure that the desired outcome is achieved and the job was done properly. Couldn't be happier. Any issues/concerns "there weren't many" were addressed in a timely manner. The roof was done in 3 days siding about 1.5 weeks. Thank you Ron, Rusty and the crew!!

I wanted to share an extremely positive experience with Battle Creek Home Exteriors. They are a local operation that did my roof, some siding, and fixed a couple of gutters. Ron (The owner) is a professional who came out for my estimate. He covered my options and told me that his daughter (Jenna) would get back to me with a contract. We picked a contract that worked for me and moved forward and within a week and a half I had an amazing looking new roof. Day of the job, Ron showed up for the start of the work with his crew and covered details and expectations. He dropped by multiple times during the day and was there for the finish of the job too. His crew was professional and cleaned up really nicely. Job got done in one day. An incredible experience with a professionally run company. Will keep them in the phone for all my future home needs.

Battle Creek Home Exteriors replaced our old, rotting, wooden decking with Fibron composite decking. They beat everyone else's pricing by several thousand and did a wonderful job! We plan to contact them for all future projects.

My roof sustained much damage from the latest wind storm, losing so many shingles that we had to replace it totally. We had done two repairs in the past (apparently the shingles the builder used in 2005 have since been found to be defective all over). Ron Fansler/Battle Creek Exteriors were recommended highly by a friend and a FB local group. Ron came right out, assessed the damages, got his crew to do an emergency repair that day so we were dry. We got a fair estimate, and within a week we had our new roof! Ron is responsive and professional. His crew was courteous and very hard working & cleaned up the outside well afterwards.
